Alfurinet Villa

The official page of Alfurinet, a country finca / villa rental located in the municipality of Cuitadella and on the north coast of Menorca. At some fifteen kilometers from the town center with 2,000,000m² (500 acres) of cultivated land, pine and fruit gardens with two kilometers of sea front and in particular a totally private stunning pebblestone cala or bay.

The main house is of traditional local rural architecture with a central front porch area of three arches and a total of 350 m2 (completely restored), with entrance hall, living room, kitchen, upper floor master suite with dressing area/living area and ensuite marble bathroom, three more bedrooms with two more ensuite and connecting bathrooms, and guest W.C. Also, there is a self-contained apartment within the house of double bedroom, marble bath, living room and kitchen, all leading out to various terraces and garden.

There are other small ‘casitas’ around the property, as well as another 500m² (5500 sq.ft.) of stables for agricultural exploitation, cows and horses.

The property has a very substantial well with abundant water. It also has a full-time gardener and maid service daily, which can be increased to include extra hours and food preparation on request.

Alfurinet is situated on the Balearic island of Menorca, not far from the town of Ciudadella.
